Ch Nisar speaks up against selective accountability of politicians

Says Imran Khan has got a batting wicket

Lahore (Point News – 26th November, 2018) Senior politician Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has finally broken his silence.

In an interview to a local tv channel, Ch Nisar gave a statement against the action being taken by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).

Ch Nisar said that everybody should be held accountable.

“Selective action against opposition party members is not accountability,” he said.

Criticising Prime Minister Imran Khan, he said that Khan has got a batting wicket. Such a wicket was only given to Pakistan Muslim League-Q before.

Advising the prime minister, he said that Khan should play straight and bring new team in the field.

Ch Nisar, who contested as an independent candidate in the general elections from NA-59 and NA-63, lost to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).

According to election results, Ch Nisar lost to PTI’s Ghulam Sarwar Khan who got 89,055 votes in NA-59 while former interior minister Ch Nisar Ali Khan got 66,369 votes.

He lost to PTI’s Ghulam Sarwar Khan in NA-63 as well. Ghulam Sarwar won with 64,301 votes while Ch Nisar stood second with 48,497 votes. PMLN’s Sardar Mumtaz Khan stood third with 22,475 votes.
