MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 26th August, 2018) At least 15 people lost their lives, while many others were injured on Saturday when a bus collided with cars, then went off the road and overturned in the Iskar Gorge passing through the Balkan Mountains in Bulgaria, local media reported.
According to the Sofia Globe media outlet, the accident occurred on the road from the Bulgarian capital to the town of Svoge at 5 p.m. local time (14:00 GMT). The driver of the bus with passengers reportedly has lost control over the vehicle.
Some of the injured people have been hospitalized in a critical condition. Bulgarian President Rumen Radev has already declared Monday as a day of national mourning over the victims of the bus crash,�the media outlet reported.
