KUBINKA (Moscow region) (Pakistan Point news / Sputnik - 22nd August, 2018) In response to sanctions, Russia is building a truly independent financial system, Russian Deputy Finance Minister Alexey Moiseev said Wednesday.
"I think an appropriate response [to sanctions] is to build a truly independent internal financial system that does not depend on the international financial system," Moiseev said at a Promsvyazbank session during the Army 2018 forum.
