Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 14th August, 2018) Actress Ushna Shah has explained the Pakistani flag well as she reminded people of how the white represents the minorities in the country.
She took to Instagram on Tuesday and posted a picture of the Pakistani flag with several co-ordinates.
“The green represents islam and the majority Muslims in Pakistan and the white stripe represents religious minorities and minority religions. In the centre, the crescent and star symbolizes progress and light respectively. The flag symbolizes Pakistan's commitment to Islam and the rights of religious minorities.” She wrote.
The actress whished a happy 14th August, adding that, “We shall be truly independent when all Pakistani’s are ‘equal citizens of one state’; as per Jinnah’s vision.”
She used the hashtags #PakistanZindabad and #standforminorities.
Minorities are often suppressed in Pakistan and empowering them and voicing their rights is what can bring a true change in Pakistan.
Ushna just did the same and we are proud of her for always raising the right voice.
