National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq administered oath to the MNAs.
The session began with national anthem, followed by recitation of Quran.
The speaker felicitated the newly elected MNAs at the start of the session and informed them of the process of oath-taking.
Ayaz Sadiq announced Aug 15 for the oath-taking of speaker and deputy speaker.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan, Pakistan People’s Party chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Fawad Chaudhry, Shafqat Mehmood, Shehbaz Sharif, Rana Sanaullah, Naveed Qamar and other MNAs are present in the Assembly.
