According to documents submitted to ECP, Zafar owns assets worth over Rs30 million.
Bajaur (Pakistan Point News – 11th August, 2018) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA-elect from Bajaur, Gul Zafar Khan, who was widely reported to be a waiter has turned out to be a millionaire.
According to documents submitted to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Zafar owns assets worth over Rs30 million.
The documents stated that the PTI MNA-elect owns a garment business while his assets increased by Rs184,000 over a year.
They further stated that Zafar owns immovable properties worth Rs10 million as well as two houses and agricultural land worth Rs12 million.
The pictures and video of Zafar serving tea to people had gone viral on social media.
Gul Zafar had contested through PTI from NA-41 Bajaur won with 22,730 votes.
