Dadu (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Abdul Aziz Junejo has won PS-83 with 51989 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate won in PS-83 Dadu-I constituency with 51989 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Shahid Taheem was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 36332 votes.
The second runner up was Pakistan Muslim League (F) candidate Muhammad Bux who got 30014 votes. At least 15 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in PS-83. In 2013 elections, there were 131544 voters registered in PS-83, out of which 75432 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 57.39 %.
