Ghotki (Pakistan Point News – 26th July, 2018) Independent candidate Ali Muhammad Khan Mahar has won NA-205 with 71943 votes. According to the results announced by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), Independent candidate won in NA-205 Ghotki-ll constituency with 71943 votes. In 2013 general elections, Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians candidate Nazir Ahmed Bughio was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) with 65720 votes. The second runner up was Independent candidate Safdar Ali Abbasi who got 23561 votes.
At least 19 candidates from different political parties and independent candidates contested in NA-205. In 2013 elections, there were 252714 voters registered in NA-205, out of which 129376 votes were polled out. In 2013 elections, the voter turn-out from this constituency was recorded as 51.19 %.
