At least one person was killed and three women injured in separate incidents of firing in different areas of Mandi Bahauddin on Thursday
Mandi Bahauddin, (Pakistan Point News - 24th May, 2018) : At least one person was killed and three women injured in separate incidents of firing in different areas of Mandi Bahauddin on Thursday. Police said that unidentified armed men barged into a house, opened indiscriminate fire killing one Riaz Ahmed, sleeping at house of his brother located at village Majhi in Malakwala police station jurisdiction, Mandi Bahauddin. The culprits fled the scene after committing the crime and the body was shifted to hospital for postmortem.
A merciless man Waseem attacked his sister and her two daughters with sharp edged weapon after refusal by sister to mutate her share of land in his name. Tahira Yasmeen and her two daughters Khadija Fatima and Mahrooz Fatima were injured in the attack. The injured were rushed to THQ Hospital Phalia where Tahira Yasmeen was referred to Aziz Bhatti Shaheed Hospital Gujrat due to critical condition. The police after registering separate cases into both incidents at concerned police stations have started the investigation.
