KARACHI: (UrduPoint/Pakistan Point News-Jan 20th, 2026) The gold price on Tuesday increased by Rs4,300 per tola in local markets across Pakistan.
The total price of 24-karat of gold reached Rs493, 662.
The All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association confirmed the development.
The price of gold per 10 grams of gold also jumped by Rs3,686 and settled at Rs423,000.
The investors and the consumers are closely monitoring the precious metal prices in the country and it continued to impact the local jewelry market and household savings.
In the international market, the price of gold has reached 4,713 USD per ounce, contributing to the rising trend in Pakistan.
Additionally, the price of silver has seen an increase, with the per tola rate now at 9,869 PKR.
