Saba Qamar, who is currently in the spotlight for her popular dramas Paamaal and Case No. 9, recently faced online criticism following her remarks about Karachi. The controversy deepened after a journalist made controversial claims about the actress during a recent interview, sparking further debate on social media.
In the interview, the journalist alleged that Saba Qamar once lived in a house in Lahore that reportedly belonged to a man with whom she had a “close relationship.” He further claimed that Saba had visited the office of a private news organization to file a harassment complaint against that individual, where the journalist claimed to have met her for the first time.
In response, Saba Qamar has strongly condemned the statements, terming them baseless and defamatory, and announced her decision to pursue legal action against the journalist for spreading false and damaging information.
