MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 15th August, 2021) Russian President Vladimir Putin has held talks over the phone with Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev to discuss the situation in Afghanistan, the Kremlin said on Sunday.
"The development of the situation in Afghanistan was thoroughly discussed," the statement said.
