Abdulelah Alfaris stated that the project contributed to increasing operational efficiency by more than 57%, and improving service speed and performance by over 68%. He explained that these results were achieved through the optimal use of cloud resources and the deployment of advanced artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning (ML) models and large language models (LLMs).
He added that the project enhanced data security and compliance with national standards by hosting services locally in Google Cloud’s Saudi data centers. It also provided flexible scalability to support the needs of various sectors and clients, accelerating the pace of innovation in product and service development.
