Riyadh, August (پاکستان پوائنٹ نیوز 30 أغسطس 2025ء) The ceremony took place at the King Fahd Cultural Center Theater in Riyadh and was attended by LPTC Chief Executive Officer Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al-Wasel.
During his speech at the ceremony, Dr. Al-Wasel emphasized the LPTC's commitment to fostering and refining university talent as a fundamental pillar in building the future of Saudi literature. The Literary Creativity Competition offers a platform for students to express their ideas and refine their literary skills, thereby inspiring a new generation of creatives in various literary fields.
He highlighted the commission's integrated efforts with universities in supporting literary talent, explaining that honoring them and celebrating their literary achievements comes as models that inspire future generations and enhance the presence of Saudi literature.
Al-Wasel thanked Minister of Culture and LPTC Chairman of the board of Directors Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan for supporting the cultural scene. He also thanked the work team, the contestants, and the universities for their efforts to achieve the desired goal of the competition and contribute to enriching the national cultural scene, enhancing the sustainability of the cultural movement and highlighting the diversity of the national literary identity.
The closing ceremony featured a variety of segments and a visual presentation that documented the competition's history since its inception, its most prominent milestones, and excerpts from the participants' creative works across four tracks: classical poetry, Nabati poetry, novels, and short stories.
