Punjab Institute Of Cardiology Lacks Facilities

Lahore,(Pakistan Point News - 27 July,2016) :Punjab Institute of Cardiology is one of the biggest hospitals in Lahore.Everyday many patients come and go for increasing problems related to heart. But there are so many problems to be solved.In PIC,one can notice hurly burly and disarrangement. These are not scenes of war fields after war.Some patients have to hold drips in their hands . One bed is for three to four patients.Sometimes patients relative play the role of drip stands. Health Department claims are facing failure.Punjab Govt. has turned its eyes to other side. The hospital needs full attention from officials who are not ready to pay heed to it.
