Karachi (Pakistan Point News / Online - 23rd January, 2020) A petition has been filed in the Sindh High Court (SHC) for investigation of Municipal funds.A citizen Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi has filed a petition while stating that a JIT should be made on the award and use of Municipal department funds and investigation should also be done that which works done by municipal members.Chief Secretary, Secretary of local body, Secretary Interior, DG NAB, Auditor general Pakistan and others have been made respondents in the petition.On the other hand, Names of those responsible should be put on Exit Control List (ECL) upon the recommendation of expected JIT.
