KIEV (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 23rd January, 2020) Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk said on Thursday that no resignations were planned in the government, despite rumors about it.
On Friday, Honcharuk announced that he had submitted a letter of resignation to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy over leaked audio of the prime minister criticizing the president. However, Zelenskyy refused to accept Honcharuk's resignation and said that he would give him another chance.
"The government is not going anywhere, the government will continue to work. We do not have any planned resignations. These are all rumors," Honcharuk said.
