MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd January, 2020) Syrian Ambassador to Moscow Riyad Haddad on Wednesday expressed hope that Russia's new government would work to improve the lives of its citizens and wished it success in its future work.
The new Russian cabinet was appointed on Tuesday, following the resignation of the previous one on January 15. Earlier in the day, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree approving the new structure of the government.
"I would like to express my greetings to the new� [Russian] government. We are hoping that it will improve the life of Russian citizens. Therefore, I take this opportunity to wish success and good luck to the new government," Haddad said.
The ambassador added that Syria was committed to all bilateral agreements with Russia and looking forward to making new ones.
