MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 22nd January, 2020) President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday signed a decree endorsing a new version of Russia's food security doctrine.
The president ordered the government to develop and adopt within 3 months a plan of measures aimed at implementing the new doctrine.
The previous doctrine was adopted in 2010.
