ALLAHBAD, (Pakistan Point News – 8th Dec, 2016) : Indian court has declared three divorces as unconstitutional. According to details, Allahbad court has declared that the act of divorcing three Muslim women is unconstitutional. High court stated that the practice of triple divorce among Muslims is unconstitutional and it violates the rights of women.
