MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 09th September, 2019) The future of the New START treaty is uncertain, symmetrical steps are required to prevent an arms race in Europe, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Monday.
"Symmetrical steps are needed to prevent an arms race in Europe," Shoigu said after Russia-France '2+2' talks.
