MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th June, 2019) The United States aims at either adapting the arms control regime to its interests or destroying it, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Tuesday.
"Today, as the United States aims at ensuring unilateral geopolitical advantages, it continues striking heavy blows on the global security architecture, formed after World War II. It aims at either destroying the arms control regime or adapting it to its selfish aims, it advances chaos and sparks conflicts in different regions worldwide," Lavrov said during the Primakov Readings international summit in the Russian capital.
