Quetta (Pakistan Point News / Online - 08th June, 2019) The Balochistan Bar Council on Saturday threatened to start a countrywide protest against filing reference aginst Supreme Court judge, Justice Qazi Faez Isa.While talking to Online, the leaders of Balochistan Bar Council, Rajab Buledi, Nadir Khan, Naseebullah Tareen and others strongly condemned the act and said that the legal fraternity of Balochistan will launch a protest campaign, all the lawyers will boycott the courts on June 14.
They said that the lawyers community of Balochistan will show full solidarity with Justice Qazi Faez Isa, as the reference filed against him is on malafide intentions.The secrecy of proceedings of the Supreme Judicial Council violated and a media trial of Justice Qazi Faez Isa has been started which is highly condemnable.Some elements are annoyed with Justice Qazi Faez Isa as he has given genuine decisions regarding the August 8 tragedy, he has also worked for the benefit of Balochistan province.They said that no one among public knows that which allegations were leveled against Qazi Faez Isa and what other Names were there.Ends
