CAIRO (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 19th May, 2019) Citizens of Egypt and South Africa are among those who were injured in a bomb blast that took place near a bus next to the pyramids in Giza, local media reported.
Earlier in the day, Al-Arabiya broadcaster reported that a bomb exploded near a tourist bus not far from the new Egyptian museum, resulting in injuries.
Initially media reported about 14 people being injured. Later, however, the updates revealed that the number of those injured reached 17 people.
Egypt's security services have started to search for those responsible for the explosion. They also conducted searches in the area of the incident, looking for possible explosives.
