Pakistani soldier martyred in Gwadar attack had wished for Shahadat in Ramzan

A screenshot of his WhatsApp chat is going viral on social media where he had wished for martyrdom in the Holy month of Ramzan.

Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 14th May, 2019) At least three terrorists attempted to make forced entry in the Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel in Gwadar.

This followed a clearance operation by security forces during which all three terrorists were killed.

During the operation, as many as five individuals embraced martyrdom including four hotel employees and a Pakistan Navy soldier. While, six individuals got injured including two Army Captains, two Pakistan Navy soldiers and two hotel employees.

Pakistan Navy soldier Abbas Khan who embraced martyrdom in the operation against terrorists was laid to rest on Monday. He was buried with full military honour in his native town of Haripur.

However, the Pakistani soldier got his wish granted with his martyrdom. A screenshot of his WhatsApp chat is going viral on social media where he had wished for martyrdom in the Holy month of Ramzan.

In a conversation with his friend, he had said that he became a commando only to help people, adding that the real joy is in Shahadat (martyrdom).

The screenshot has gone viral on social media. People are lauding the brave soldier and extending prayers for him and his family.
