Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 11th May, 2019) Hearing of the review petition filed by former information minister Pervaiz Rashid against court decision in MD ptv Atta ul Haq Qasmi appointment case will be conducted tomorrow on Monday.A three-member bench presided over by Justice Umar Ata Bandial will take up the case for hearing.Court had declared the appointment of Atta Ul Haq Qasmi as MD PTV illegal' and said that former information minister Pervaiz Rashid, former finance minister Ishaq Dar and former Principal Secretary of PM Fawad Hassan Fawad were responsible for this act.Court has ordered all three suspects to pay fine upon which Pervaiz Rashid has filed a review petition.
