The Iranian Ambassador, Mehdi Hunar Dost, called on the Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, at his residence in Islamabad on Tuesday and discussed with the Pak-Iran relations besides the regional situation.On the occasion, the envoy extended an invitation to the JI chief for a visit to his country

Lahore (Pakistan Point News / Online - 07th May, 2019) The Iranian Ambassador, Mehdi Hunar Dost, called on the Ameer, Jamaat e Islami, Pakistan, Senator Sirajul Haq, at his residence in Islamabad on Tuesday and discussed with the Pak-Iran relations besides the regional situation.On the occasion, the envoy extended an invitation to the JI chief for a visit to his country. JI deputy chiefs Mian Muhammad slam and Abdul Ghaffar Aziz were also present on the occasion.

Sirajul Haq told the Iranian envoy that the JI wanted strong and ideal relations with all Muslim and friendly states. He said that Iran as an important neigh-bouring country, could play a key role in the promotion of peace and stability in the region.Sirajul Haq said that the side which emerged as victorious in the civil war going on in Muslim states such as Yemen, Syria and Libya, would be deemed to be the looser. The Iranian envoy said on the occasion that Iran was being punished for no other crime but for extending help to the Palestinians.
