Ban on the sale of fresh milk has been challenged in the Lahore High Court (LHC)
Lahore (Pakistan Point News / Online - 07th May, 2019) Ban on the sale of fresh milk has been challenged in the Lahore High Court (LHC).Petitioner Shahid Iqbal has filed a petition in the Lahore High Court while taking the plea that they are using fresh milk at house from the childhood.He said that Director General food Authority Punjab has imposed a ban upon the sale of fresh milk.He prayed court that it should set aside the notification of ban imposed upon fresh milk sale.
