ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / Online - 06th May, 2019) The decision has been postponed till May 22 on petition filed by Babar Awan seeking his acquittal in reference filed against him by NAB on loss caused to national kitty due to delay in construction of Nandi Pur project.Nandi Pur power project reference could not be heard Monday being Muhammad Arshid Malik judge of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad on leave. The reserved judgment on Babar Awan plea seeking his acquittal could also not be announced.The court had reserved judgment on Babar Awan acquittal plea after hearing the arguments. This decision will be pronounced on May 22.The acquittal pleas filed by other accused will be heard on May 22.The court while fixing May 22 for trial has also summoned prosecution witnesses.
