MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 24th April, 2019) Russia is committed to the progressive development of bilateral cooperation spheres with Saudi Arabia in the defense industry sphere, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said Wednesday.
"We are committed to the progressive development of bilateral cooperation in the entire range of issues of interest in the military and defense industry spheres," Shoigu said during the meeting with Saudi Deputy Defense Minister Khalid bin Salman Al Saud on the sidelines of the Conference on International Security (MCIS) in Moscow.
He noted that good bilateral relations at the highest level contribute to a constructive dialogue between the two ministries.
The annual MCIS, organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense since 2012, will last until April 25 and will mainly focus on the crucial issues of international security.
