YALTA (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 18th April, 2019) A Russian-Chinese-US meeting on Afghanistan on the level of special envoys will be held in Moscow April 25, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said Thursday.
"On April 25, the second Russian-Chinese-US meeting on the level of special representatives for Afghanistan will take place in Moscow. Russia will be represented by Mr. [Zamir] Kabulov. The parties will discuss the situation in Afghanistan, the next round of US-Taliban talks, as well as prospects for launching the national reconciliation process in Afghanistan. A joint statement for the media is planned after the consultations," Zakharova said.
