LAHORE (Pakistan Point News / Online - 11th April, 2019) Lahore Anti Corruption Court has acquitted petroleum minister Chaudhry Ghulam Sarwar Khan in fake degree case.Bahadar Ali Khan judge of anti corruption court announced the decision on acquittal of Ghulam Sarwar Khan.The court acquitted Ghulam Sarwar Khan following the completion of arguments of the lawyers on report filed by anti corruption regarding acquittal of Ghulam Sarwar Khan.Prosecutor Anti Corruption said diploma of Chaudhry Ghulam Sarwar was found correct during investigation on the basis of which BA degree was obtained. .Akram Qureshi counsel for Ghulam Sarwar said fake degree case was instituted on the basis of political rivalry. Diploma has been declared correct during anti corruption investigation.The court ordered for acquitting Ghulam Sarwar Khan in baseless case.
