MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th April, 2019) The Sudanese Embassy in Moscow told Sputnik Thursday that it was unaware of the reported removal of Sudanese President Omar Bashir from his post.
Earlier in the day, media reported that the Sudanese army had decided at an emergency meeting to oust Bashir from all positions and sack the county's cabinet ministers following months of anti-government protests.
"As of now, we have the same information as the media do, we have nothing more to add," the embassy said.
