KHARTOUM (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 11th April, 2019) The Sudanese military will announce creation of the country's new governing body led by the army soon, a military source told Sputnik Thursday.
Earlier in the day, the Sudanese media reported that the army had decided at an emergency meeting to oust President Omar Bashir from all positions and sack the county's cabinet ministers following months of anti-government protests.
"We are expecting the announcement of the new Sudanese government consisting of the military," the source said.
The army has blocked the road leading to the state broadcaster's building, a Sputnik correspondent reported from the scene.
