CM Buzdar breaks his silence over provincial ministers’ resignations

All of the provincial ministers are doing their work, he said, adding that the performance of all of the ministers is being reviewed.

Lahore (Pakistan Point News – 9th April, 2019) Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has finally broken his silence over reports of Punjab lawmakers’ resignations.

Rubbishing all such reports, the chief minister said that no resignations are being demanded.

All of the provincial ministers are doing their work, he said, adding that the performance of all of the ministers is being reviewed.

Regarding the challenges to his own authority in the province, Buzdar said a chief minister is a chief minister.

“The rumours of my feathers being cut, I would only say that a chief minister is a chief minister,” he said.

Buzdar who is under criticism within from his party for his ‘poor performance’ has claimed to bring improvement in every field in the province.

He said people will witness a change in the near future. He said PM was satisfied from his performance.

Earlier on Monday, Provincial Minister for food Samiullah Chaudhry said that conspiracies are being hatched against Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.

Revealing inside matters of Punjab government, the minister said that non-elected Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) members are conspiring against Buzdar.

He said that the chief minister is fully aware of these conspiracies and he will take action when it’s time.

Regarding rumours that five provincial ministers will be dismissed over poor performance, Samiullah said that this is propaganda. “I know the performance of the one who is saying this. I don’t know what their standard to test performances is,” he said.

He said that Usman Buzdar is being tired to weaken with this propaganda but this will not happen. “I will not let Buzdar to get weak,” he said.
