MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 04th April, 2019) The 3rd Kabul Process Conference will take place very soon after the bicameral grand assembly of Afghanistan (loya jirga) meeting in Kabul, Sibghatullah Ahmadi, spokesman for Afghanistan's Foreign Ministry, told Sputnik on Wednesday.
The next loya Jirga is reportedly set for April 29.
"The date will be after the consultative peace Loya Jirga, very soon," Ahmadi said.
