MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 03rd April, 2019) Lawmakers from the lower house of the Russian parliament are planning to visit North Korea on April 12-16, Ivan Melnikov, first deputy chairman of the State Duma, said Wednesday."The delegation is being formed, it will consist of representatives of all factions ... I do not rule out that the delegation will be headed by [deputy chairman] Sergei Neverov," Melnikov told reporters.
"There is an invitation from 11 to 19 [April], but we are planning that it will take place on April 12-16 because on the 17th, as you know, we will hear a government report," he added.
