MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 02nd April, 2019) Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on reports that Russia decided to provide a $600 million loan to Belarus by saying that the issue is under discussion.
"This issue is being worked on and we will make a relevant statement when the time comes," the spokesman said in response to the request to comment on reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin had authorized the loan.
