MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 01st April, 2019) Russian and Turkish presidents Vladimir Putin and Recep Tayyip Erdogan discussed by phone preparations for the meeting of the High-Level Russian-Turkish Cooperation Council, the Kremlin said in a statement Monday.Putin congratulated the Turkish leader on the success of his Justice and Development Party in the local elections held in Turkey on March 31.
"Issues of the bilateral agenda were also touched upon in the context of preparations for the planned holding of the eighth meeting of the High-Level Russian-Turkish Cooperation Council on April 8 this year in Moscow," the Kremlin said.
