Islamabad (Pakistan Point News / Online - 01st April, 2019) Religious parties from across Pakistan while condemning demolish of mosques in Islamabad on Monday demanded of the government to re-construct all demolished mosques and immediately stop action against seminaries, issuing a warning that otherwise they would take this responsibility in their own hands.They made it clear that the government will be responsible for any untoward situation if they agitated against the government's action.
They said strong reaction will arise if the government tries to make hurdles in their work.According to details, a meeting of all religious parties was held in Islamabad on Monday to review the situation developed after the Capital Development Authority (CDA) demolished some mosques.Addressing a press conference after the meeting, Maulana Zahoor Ahmed Alvi said the Islamabad administration should stop enmity against mosques, adding that such actions would push the peaceful capital's environment towards chaos.
Maulana Alvi said the government should itself start reconstruction of the demolished mosques otherwise they will take this responsibility in their own hands. He also demanded of the government to unseal the mosques that have been sealed during recent crackdown against mosques and seminaries in the country.Maulana Alvi added Jamia Hifsah building will be constructed at its allocated place. He further warned that if the government didn't respond their call positively they would be pushed for a long-march against the government.He warned of the government to not disturb the peaceful Islamabad environment. Maulana Abdul Majeed Hazarvi demanded of the government to take notices regarding demolish of mosques back immediately.
