ISLAMABAD (Pakistan Point News / Online - 27th March, 2019) DA hospital have been left at the mercy of junior doctors in the face of acute shortage of orthopedic surgeon, Urologist, Pathologist, ardiologist hematologist therein.The third largest hospital has become a chastisement for the citizens instead of curing them making mockery of government tall claims of turning all the hospitals in Federal capital role model.No orthopedic surgeon, Urologist, Pathologist, ardiologist and Hematologist has been appointed since the last 6 years in this hospital.
In their place, junior doctors are experimenting on the patients and distributing death among them.The sources said it is claimed that dozens of patients undergo operations daily but how ironical it is that no anesthetist has been appointed in the hospital. It is matter of grave concern for the patients.The ventilators are lying dysfunctional since the last six months in intensive care ward of this hospital of which budget soars billion of rupees.
These have also been removed there from which leaves a question mark on the efficiency of (Pakistan Point news / Online - 27th March, 2019) DA and hospital management.Sources said that no expert technician or pathologist is appointed in blood bank of this hospital and this has given rise to fears that some tragic incident in blood transfusion matters can take place any time.It is observed that female name is written on male laboratory reports and male name is mentioned in female laboratory reports often.
The patients are highly charged on account of tests fee for want of expert technicians in the laboratory.The citizens have appealed to Prime Minister Imran Khan , health minister and special assistant to PM Ali Nawaz Khan to take immediate notice of the worst state of affairs in hospital besides ordering for filling up the vacant posts of the specialists and holding the corrupt staffers accountable.
