MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th March, 2019) Lebanese President Michel Aoun will begin on Monday his official two-day visit to the Russian capital, during which he is expected to hold talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin.
The meeting between the two leaders is expected to take place on Tuesday. Aoun and Putin are set to address the development of cooperation between Lebanon and Russia in trade, economy and humanitarian sector, as well as exchange opinions on regional and international issues.
In particular, the Lebanese president plans to address the situation in the middle East, including the issue of Christians in the region, the problem of refugees, and Jerusalem and Israel.
