YEREVAN, Armenia, (Pakistan Point News - 19th Mar, 2019) His Holiness Catholicos Karekin II Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians has praised the religious tolerance in the UAE and its wise leadership's keenness in spreading its values among the peoples of the world.
This came during a meeting held by Mohammed Issa Al Qattam Al Zaabi, UAE Ambassador to Armenia, in the capital, Yerevan, with the Patriarch, in the presence of Ahlam Rashed Al Salami, Second Secretary of the UAE Embassy in Yerevan.
During the meeting, initiatives were discussed with the Church as part of the 'Year of Tolerance', with Armenia being a platform that sends messages of tolerance to the world.
