Multiple people were injured earlier in the day in Utrecht after a gunman opened fire in a tram outside the city center.
"The police is investigating the shooting at the 24 Oktoberplein in Utrecht this morning. [A] possible terrorist motif is part of the investigation," the police tweeted.
