MUZAFFARABAD (Pakistan Point News / NNI - 01st March, 2019) The AJK government has decided to dispatch necessary food items and medicines to the areas adjacent to the Line of Control to meet any emergency situation.The Food Department has activated its offices situated in those areas and cancelled weekly off days and other leaves of its staff.The flour mills have also been directed to take necessary steps for wheat grinding on need basis.The Food Department has already stocked edibles at the border and snowfall areas and more supply is also being made.A special control room has been established in Muzaffarabad to receive any complaint about food shortage in any part of the state.Five first aid posts have also been established at District Headquarters Hospital Authmuqam.Moreover, two First Aid Mobiles will be available round the clock to meet any emergency situation.
