GENEVA (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th February, 2019) Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin is in Geneva for talks with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and other senior officials, a member of the Russian mission to the UN Swiss office told Sputnik on Monday."The deputy [foreign] minister is scheduled to meet with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Michelle Bachelet, UN High Commissioner for Refugees Filippo Grandi, UN Special Envoy for Syria Geir Pedersen," the Russian mission said.
The Russian diplomat is also set to meet with Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza and International Committee of the Red Cross President Peter Mauer.
