HO CHU MINH CITY (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 25th February, 2019) Russia has invited the Asian-Pacific states to join Russian data bank on foreign terrorists, which enables tracing of their cross-border movements, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Monday.

"We have invited them to join the data bank on foreign terrorists, which was created by the Russian Federal Security Service, and the ASEAN [Association of South East Asian Nations] is positive about it. Related information is uploaded into the bank, and we can trace the movements of these bad people when they move, let's say, from Syria or Iraq to Malaysia, Indonesia, Central Asia or Russia," Lavrov said at a conference of the international Valdai discussion forum in Ho Chi Minh City.
