MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 24th February, 2019) Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will arrive in Vietnam on Saturday for a two-day official visit.
According to Foreign Ministry's spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, Lavrov may meet Vietnamese Foreign Ministry's top officials as well as will visit the conference "International Cooperation in a Troubled World" in the city of Ho Chi Minh.
Lavrov's visit almost coincides with the dates of the Vietnam-North Korea summit, as well as the subsequent meeting of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un with US President Donald Trump.
Zakharova also said that Lavrov would visit Hong Kong on February 25-26.
