PETERSBURG (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 16th February, 2019) As many as 21 people could be trapped under rubble after a partial collapse of a university building in Russia's second largest city of St. Petersburg, a spokesperson for the local administration told Sputnik on Saturday."According to the preliminary findings, about 21 people could be [under the rubble]," the spokesperson said.
The spokesperson added that the collapse at one of the buildings of St. Petersburg's ITMO University had started from "the collapse of the ceiling on the top floor."
The representatives of the city administration and emergency services are currently at the site of the incident.
