MOSCOW (Pakistan Point News / Sputnik - 12th February, 2019) Moscow would like Taliban representatives to participate in Afghan elections, Zamir Kabulov, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry's Second Asian Department, said Tuesday.
"It is desirable for their [Taliban's] representatives to take part, but their essential position is different; they do not recognize fully the current constitution of Afghanistan," Kabulov said at a press conference.
